MANILA: With tensions related to the Russia-Ukraine conflict continuing to sizzle, motorists visiting refilling stations this morning are greeted to a rude awakening as fuel prices have risen for the 9th consecutive time. Prices of gasoline rose to P0.90 per liter, diesel to P0.80 per liter, and kerosene to P0.75 per liter today (March 1).
