GAC Motor PH expands dealer network with new facility in Bacolod

MANILA:  GAC (Guangzhou Automobile Group Company Limited) Motor Philippines, under the distributorship of Astara, has opened its latest dealership facility in the City of Bacolod. 

Officially named GAC Motor Bacolod, it is located in Araneta Street, Barangay Singcang, within the capital of Negros Occidental. The new outlet was established in partnership with Ponce Automobile Group, and it is a fully equipped 3S dealership capable of handling car sales, after-market services, and the distribution of spare parts. 

In total, GAC Motor Bacolod’s showroom can accommodate up to six cars. It also boasts a spacious area for entertaining clients. 

The facility also has four dedicated service bays, as well as a well-stocked inventory of spare parts. Per GAC, the newly opened dealership is capable of providing repairs ranging from basic maintenance jobs to complex repairs. 

“GAC Motor Philippines rides high on the momentum of our consecutive dealer opening this 2024, and together with our new partnership with Ponce Automobile Corporation, we enthusiastically reach out and deliver the leading-edge mobility of GAC Motor to the Bacolod community, Brand Head of GAC Motor Philippines, Astara Philippines Franz Decloedt said. 

To note, the marque’s recently opened dealership lineup in 2024 includes Santa Rosa, Laguna, General Santos City, Iloilo City, Marilao in Bulacan, San Fernando City in Pampanga, and Sumulong Highway in Cainta. 

More outlets of the car brand are set to open in Bonifacio Global City, Kawit, Tacloban, Valenzuela City, Zamboanga, Congressional Avenue, Fairview, and Mindanao Avenue. 

By the end of the year, GAC Philippines is looking to open a total of 38 dealerships. The newly opened GAC Motor Bacolod, meanwhile, is one of the 27 GAC outlets already in operation in the country. 

Currently, the brand’s lineup of locally available car models includes the GS3 Emzoom, GS8, GN6, M8, Empow, M6 Pro, and Emkoo.
