GAC Motor PH to open Valenzuela dealership

MANILA: GAC Motor (Guangzhou Automobile Group Company Limited) Philippines continues to expand its reach in the country as it conducts its first groundbreaking activity for the soon-to-rise dealership in Valenzuela.

Set to open before the year ends, the GAC Motor Valenzuela groundbreaking was held last September 9.

Owned and managed by ADOT Motors Incorporated, the soon-to-open facility will be situated along MacArthur Highway. It will feature a six-vehicle showroom and a fully-equipped service center.

According to the Astara Philippines-led automotive distributor, the future 3S facility (Sales, Spare parts, and Service) shall be designed in accordance with GAC’s international standards — noting that the service centers will come with advanced diagnostic equipment and specialized tools for GAC vehicles and have extensive stocks of genuine spare parts.

Meanwhile, ADOT Motors Incorporated President Andre Douglas Tan noted the upcoming dealership is its first foray in the automotive business.

“We are optimistic about our future with GAC Motor and confident that the brand’s reputation for innovation and quality will continue to resonate strongly with Filipino customers, just as it does today,” he added.

Relatedly, GAC Motor Philippines reiterated that it is on track to reach 38 dealerships — including appointments by the end of the year following the recent openings in Bacolod, General Santos City, Iloilo City, Marilao in Bulacan, San Fernando, Santa Rosa, and Cainta in Rizal.

Further, the firm is expected to have facilities in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, Calamba in Laguna, Fairview in Quezon City, Tacloban, Matina, and Zamboanga.

The brand shall soon inaugurate dealerships in Kawit, Cavite and Mindanao Avenue, Quezon City.

To note, every GAC Motor vehicle comes with a five-year or 150,000-kilometer aftersales warranty (whichever comes first), and round-the-clock emergency roadside assistance for the first year of purchase.
