Geely customers can now have mobile service and 24/7 roadside assistance

MANILA: Amid the process of creating a nationwide dealership network, the official distributor of Geely Philippines has come up with its mobile service and road assistance programs. As a newcomer in the market, Sojitz G Auto Philippines Corporation (SGAP) intends to have excellence in its after-sales services. The plans include mobile service van, mobile service van, and 24/7 roadside help for the customers.

To provide the facility of mobile service van to the customers who are living far from the Geely North Edsa (the only Geely showroom), the distributor has designated several Shell and Unioil gas stations. These stations will provide Preventive Maintenance Service to the people residing in Metro Manila and its nearby provinces such as Cavite, Pampanga, and Laguna. The SGAP will communicate the exact dates and locations to the customers so they can be served better.

Speaking of the mobile service bike, the brand is assisting the customers with emergency assistance for sudden mechanical or electrical failure. Comes to the 24/7 roadside assistance scheme, the Geely customers will get round the clock emergency towing assistance, crane facility, and minor onsite repairing. For this, a roadside assistance card will be issued to the vehicle owners.
