Isuzu Pagbilao Quezon is latest brand dealer to adopt IOS
MANILA: The relaunch of the Isuzu Pagbilao was marked in October by MBT Autoworx Corporation and Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) in time for the dealership's fourth anniversary celebration.

As part of their “Road to 50” dealership program which aims to increase the number of Isuzu outlets nationwide, IPC is also improving the current facilities of existing dealerships in order to provide world-class customer experience from all Isuzu dealerships.Isuzu Pagbilao now complies with the Isuzu Outlet Standard (IOS), which strives to create an environment that is more favorable for improved customer experiences and smoother business operations.
The completed Phase 1 refurbishment of Isuzu Pagbilao's facility, which included updating the showroom and service fascia, tower signs, and sales reception area in compliance with IOS, was proudly displayed.
By the second quarter of 2023, Phase 2 of the IOS refurbishment, which focuses on the intricate inside of the dealership, is anticipated to be complete.
The reopening of Isuzu Pagbilao was graced by Municipal Mayor of Pagbilao Hon. Angelica Portes-Tatlonghari, and Vice Mayor Shierre Ann Portes-Palicpic, who also led the ribbon cutting ceremony together with IPC executives.
The IPC executives present were President Noboru Murakami, IPC Assistant Division Head for Sales Robert Carlos, IPC Assistant Division Head for Sales Yoshiki Sato, Isuzu Pagbilao President Marcel Tolentino, Isuzu Pagbilao Sales Director MJ Tolentino, Isuzu Global Service Corporation (IGSC) President Fumihiro Ishii and MBT Autoworx Business Partner Roberto De Vero.
Both Marcel Tolentino and Mayor Tatlonghari declared in their speeches that Isuzu Pagbilao was the first full automotive dealership established in Quezon Province.
With around 11,000 sqm lot area, Isuzu Pagbilao boasts a generous front parking area, large showroom area that can house both trucks and light-commercial vehicle display units, and an equally spacious service center that can cater all service requirements of customers.
As stated by Tolentino: “Providing the best customer satisfaction has always been one of our main goals, and I believe that the new design philosophy of IPC will create an overall impact on our dealer performance, especially customer handling.”
Murakami also added: “With their year-on-year sales growth, it is just fitting that we bring this good performance to the next level by introducing that new innovative and conducive IOS environment.”
With their new and upgraded IOS dealership, Isuzu Pagbilao is also aiming to further expand its market share and establish an improved customer experience to the people of Quezon Province.
To show appreciation to their customers, Isuzu Pagbilao gave them limelight during the occasion by conducting a turnover ceremony of ten units Isuzu NLR85 Refrigerated Van to Padilla Reefervan Corporation and one unit of Isuzu mu-X LS AT to Paulo Bancolta.
Lastly, to cap off their anniversary and relaunching celebration, the Isuzu Pagbilao sales director and Murakami led the ceremonial lighting of Isuzu Pagbilao Christmas tree, signifying the start of a new chapter for Isuzu Pagbilao in time for the holiday season.

Recently, Isuzu Philippines Corporation officially opened the bigger and better Isuzu Davao as it continues to strengthen the brand’s image through the Isuzu Outlet Standardization program.
Isuzu Davao is under the management of Southern Motors of Davao, Inc. (SMDI) who has been in the industry catering customers in the city for more than 70 years. With the updated facilities of Isuzu Davao, they are echoing their commitment to provide the best customer satisfaction to the people of Davao.
Standing on the same 10,000sqm lot area located at 122 MacArthur Highway, Matina, Davao City, Isuzu Davao traded their old red fascia with the new Anthracite Gray metal mesh façade design, officially adopting the corporate design philosophy, Isuzu Outlet Standard (IOS). This new dealership design is in line with Isuzu’s reputation for providing durable and reliable products.
Inside, the sleek and minimalist interior design of the dealership gives off a cleaner and more spacious area for an enhanced customer journey and smoother business flow. Each element of the IOS design is carefully laid based on the customer's standpoint and dealer’s productivity.
Apart from upgrading the design of the dealership, Isuzu Davao also expanded the dealership’s floor area to 5,100 square meters, creating more space for the showroom area and service center. The showroom can now exhibit three light-commercial vehicle unit displays and one truck unit display, while the service center now has the capacity for six service bays for trucks and 30 for light-commercial vehicles.
To lessen waiting time and to accommodate more service demands, Isuzu Davao also doubled their Body Repair and Paint (BRP) bays from five to ten. In addition to the expansion of their dealership area, SMDI also expanded their stockyard by acquiring an additional 4,000sqm stockyard area to ensure units are readily available in Isuzu Davao.
