MANILA: Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) recently received its latest Triple Star award during the marque’s Distributor and Dealer Aftersales Awards ceremony.

The latest honor showcases the distributor’s dedication towards providing quality aftersales.Per IPC, the newest recognition that it received from Isuzu Motors Limited (IML) solidifies its reputation “as a leader in aftersales service.”
To note, the Japanese vehicle manufacturer’s local arm consistently took the similar honor from 2019-2022.
The Isuzu Distributor and Dealer Aftersales Awards is held every year to encourage continuous improvement on the brand’s distributors around the world. The evaluation focuses on two areas namely Basic Operation and Business Expansion.
Under the Basic Operation category, evaluators assessed their distributors’ ability to maximize vehicle uptime to ensure that clients enjoy enhanced operational efficiency.
It is also based on their distributors’ respective approach towards building strong and lasting relationships with customers as well as their adherence to rigorous business management practices and legal compliance, demonstrating its commitment to maintaining high standards across all operations.
Meanwhile, the Business Expansion section looks at the distributors’ performance in leading and supporting its dealership network to meet global standards, their sales and marketing activities, and their efforts to uphold customer loyalty through superior service quality and proactive engagement.
Out of Isuzu’s dealerships around the world, IPC was hailed as a top performer — alongside its counterpart in Vietnam.
"We are incredibly honored to receive the Triple Star Award once again from Isuzu Motors Limited. This achievement reflects our team's relentless dedication to providing outstanding aftersales service and support to our customers," IPC President Tetsuya Fujita said.
"Our consistent recognition from 2019 to 2022, and now in 2024, demonstrates our unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service throughout the Philippines,” he added.
Further Fujita expressed the company’s dedication on boosting its aftersales capabilities through ongoing dealership renovations, service trainings, improved parts management, and strengthened dealer support.
