Isuzu San Pablo updated in time for 23rd anniversary celebration

MANILA: Isuzu San Pablo — considered as the largest Isuzu showroom to date — has been updated into a state-of-the-art dealership.

Managed by Gencars Incorporated under the watch of its Chairman Edgard Cabangon, the relocated sales facility — now situated at Kilometer 85 along Maharlika Highway, Barangay San Ignacio) — has been designed to meet the new Isuzu Outlet Standard (IOS).

Per Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC), the modern design is aimed to elevate customer satisfaction — enhancing both sales and aftersales experiences.

With a total lot area of 10,000 square meters (sqm), the new Isuzu San Pablo utilized more than 8,000 sqm for its showroom and service shop.

Its 753 sqm exhibit area can showcase up to seven light commercial vehicles and two trucks, while still offering ample space for customer transactions, a waiting lounge, and accessories display.

Meanwhile, the service shop features multiple bays, lifters, and other advanced repair equipment, capable of servicing nine light commercial vehicles, two light-duty trucks, and one heavy-duty truck simultaneously.  Such upgrades, IPC claimed, shall ensure that both individual and fleet customers will receive timely and efficient service.

“As San Pablo City continues to flourish with new infrastructure and business developments, it’s fitting that our dealership evolves alongside the city’s growth. This new IOS facility, strategically relocated, allows us to meet the increasing demand and adapt to the changing needs of the market, offering excellent service to all of our customers,” IPC President Tetsuya Fujita said.

For his part, Cabangon expressed gratitude to the Japanese automaker’s local distributor for its support.

“We at Gencars Incorporated are committed to continue to provide even better customer service to our customers here in San Pablo, especially now with our new, bigger and better IOS dealership,” he said.

IPC said that the brand will have a bolstered presence in the region with the unveiling of the new Isuzu San Pablo dealership.
