Jetour Auto PH boosts aftersales with expanded warehouse

MANILA: In its bid to make its vehicle parts immediately available and affordable, Jetour Auto Philippines Incorporated (JAPI) has expanded its parts warehouse in Valenzuela.

In a statement, the company’s storage space has been increased to 3,000 square meters (sqm) from the previous 600 sqm.

Per the Chery-owned company’s local arm, the increased capacity for inventories for parts needed in periodic maintenance services, maintenance, collision, and general items “virtually eliminates any chance of backlogs in orders."

“The ability to ship in parts in large volumes also enables JAPI to scale its prices down,” JAPI added.

Further, the company reminded customers that its Customer Hotline Assistance service 0917-5-Jetour is available from 8 a.m.-6 p.m., Mondays-Fridays.

Complementing the said move is the presence of JAPI’s brand mascot-cum-chatbot Kendee on the firm’s official Facebook and Instagram pages who can respond to parts-related inquiries and address common questions — providing customer and technical support and aftersales advisories.

“These, combined with JAPI dealerships' responsive, knowledgeable, and caring aftersales teams, all form part of JAPI's robust aftersales support system that makes buying, owning, and maintaining a Jetour vehicle a delightful experience,” JAPI said in a statement.

To note, JAPI’s lineup is made up of the Jetour X70 series (Journey, Travel, Sport, and Plus); Dashing and Dashing Symphony; Ice Cream Battery Electric Vehicle; and T2.
