Kia PH dealerships open with new safety protocols, promos

MANILA: Kia Philippines, the Ayala-owned distributor of Kia vehicles in the country, has confirmed the resumption of the after-sales service and sales operations of its 27 dealerships starting May 18.

The announcement of the auto company came after the national government transitioned numerous areas of the Philippines to a modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) and general community quarantine (GCQ). Kia dealerships are also prepared to welcome customers, following stringent health and safety measures.

Customers who want to test drive, view a car, or opt for vehicle servicing must first schedule an appointment online with their preferred Kia dealer.

Kia dealerships are strictly implementing a “no mask, no entry” policy, and customers will be given a mask if they are not wearing one. Both employees and customers need to undergo thermal scanning before entering the premises of the dealer outlet. Hand washing solutions and sanitizers are also available in strategic areas once customers and employees arrive at the facility.

Everyone is required to practice proper hygiene. Clear markings are evident in the facilities of Kia dealer outlets to aid in observing social distancing measures.

The safety of customers is ensured once they are inside the dealership since all facilities are adequately ventilated and disinfected before opening. Frequent sanitization is also done on all vehicles to guarantee the safety and health of all employees and clients.
