Lamborghini Aventador spied testing
MANILA: Aventador has been a successful model for the Italian automaker from quite a long time and in order to keep the success run intact, the automaker is working to make significant changes in the upcoming facelift. Recently the Aventador LP750-4 SV was caught testing at the Nurburgring and through spied images, it can be stated that the new model is a bit toned down. At the front, the prototype has wide air intakes just like the existing model but with a different shape and size.
The rear wing has still the same shape and size but the rear vents now sit below the taillights that are smaller and rectangular. With a new rear bumper, the Aventador has also received a new diffuser. Replacing the quad-pipes, Lamborghini has equipped a bigger three ways split unit exhaust system.
The interior images are not up for now but, we expect that Audi will give some inputs for updating the cabin. A new infotainment system, updated LCD instrument panel and minor changes in styling are few to expect from the facelifted Aventador.
Considering the power unit of the new Aventador, it is likely that it will feature the same 6.5-litre, naturally aspirated V12 unit but with an additional 20 to 40 PS power hike. Currently, the mighty engine of this beast churns out a maximum power output of 700 PS and peak torque of 689 Nm.
