MANILA: Ford Philippines has officially launched the 2023 Ford Territory at the Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) 2023.

Next-gen Territory

The second generation of the Ford Territory is available in two variants: the Titanium and Titanium X. Both variants come with a five-year or 150,000km warranty.

“We are delighted to officially launch the next-gen Territory today at the Manila International Auto Show in response to the growing clamor and demand from our customers and enthusiasts. The next-gen Territory is a level-up SUV that complements the needs and lifestyles of Filipinos with its modern design and tech features that will let them own each driving moment and adventure,” Ford Philippines Managing Director Mike Breen stated.

The 2023 Ford Territory features the brand’s new “Progressive Energy in Strength” design philosophy based on three fundamental principles: commanding, responsive, and smart.

The 2023 Ford Territory is designed with a honeycomb grille, signature daytime running lamps, full LED headlights, 18- or 19-inch alloy wheels (depending on the variant), and a panoramic moonroof.

The five-seater SUV has a longer wheelbase at 2,726mm and a higher ground clearance at 190mm.

On the inside, the 2023 Ford Territory features a horizontal coast-to-coast design to create an open and spacious impression.

The Titanium X variant comes with perforated and ventilated leather seats with 10-way power adjustment for the driver’s seat and four-way manual adjustment for the passenger seat. It is equipped with a 12-inch digital instrument cluster. Meanwhile, the Titanium variant has a seven-inch digital instrument cluster.

Both variants come with a rotary e-Shifter and dual-zone electronic automatic temperature control that consistently monitors the air quality in the cabin and maintains it at a healthy level.

The 2023 Ford Territory can accommodate up to 448 liters of cargo. The Titanium X variant also comes with a hands-free tailgate for easier loading and unloading of cargo.

The 2023 Ford Territory is also packed with tech features such as wireless charging, USB Type C and Type A charging, and Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.

The 2023 Ford Territory is powered by an EcoBoost 1.5-liter engine that produces 160ps and 248Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a seven-speed automatic transmission with wet-type dual-clutch engagement system. The Territory comes with four selectable drive modes: Eco, Normal, Sport, and Mountain.

The 2023 Ford Territory comes standard with advanced driver-assist technologies such as Active Park Assist, 360-Degree Camera, Blind Spot Information System with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop and Go, and Autonomous Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Protection.

The 2023 Ford Territory comes in six colors: Blue Metallic, Crystal Pearl White, Lustrous Grey, Panther Black, Ruby Red, and Star White.

The 2023 Ford Territory Titanium is priced at P1.335 million, while the 2023 Ford Territory Titanium X retails for P1.599 million.

Ford Family Guarantee

Ford Philippines further improves the ownership experience of its customers through Ford Family Guarantee, a suite of new service initiatives that the company introduced at the MIAS 2023.

Ford Family Guarantee provides Ford vehicle owners access to an improved ownership experience to establish long-term trust and confidence.

Ford vehicle owners can avail of the following service initiatives under Ford Family Guarantee:

Express Service

Express Service is offered to Ford vehicle owners who prefer faster and more efficient service compared to regular maintenance. Express Service can be done within 90 minutes, including car wash.

“By offering Express Service, we recognize the dynamic and fast-paced lifestyles of our customers who want to save time so they can go back on the road quicker,” Breen said.

Express Service can be availed by calling the service department of any Ford dealership nationwide. This is available on select Ford models.

Pickup and Delivery

Select Ford dealers can now pick up the vehicle that needs service from the customer’s preferred location and deliver it back after the service is performed.

Mobile Service Vehicle

Ford Philippines will also soon launch a Mobile Service Vehicle that will allow customers to have their vehicles serviced at specific locations while guaranteeing the same expertise of Ford technicians, as well as genuine Ford parts. Among the services that will be provided include oil and fluid change, wiper replacement, battery replacement, tire rotations, brake services, and module software update.

“Our commitment this year is to continuously expand our product and service offerings under Ford Family Guarantee,” Breen stated.

Enhanced Parts Availability

Ford Philippines further improves access to parts. A new Ford parts warehouse facility will be opened in the Philippines by next quarter. With an area size of over 13,000 square meters and a capacity of 37,000 vehicle parts, it is anticipated to be one of the biggest parts warehouses in Southeast Asia.
