The Mini Clubman Final Edition can be had for P3.85 million.Dubbed the Mini Clubman Final Edition, the model — unveiled during the opening day of the Autohub Group’s 25th Anniversary event at the Bonifacio Global City Amphitheater in Taguig City — serves as homage to the year when the legendary Mini Clubman was created and combines the specific brand tradition with exclusive design elements and strong characteristics.
“It is truly an honor to launch the new Mini Clubman Final Edition, a car that has defined a generation of motoring inspiration and functionality,” Mini Philippines President Willy Tee Ten said.
“With this limited edition, it is evident that exceptional quality can coexist with classic appeal and I am confident that our Mini family in the Philippines will embrace this timeless model with open arms.”
The first Mini Clubman (which had its inception in 1969) caused a quite a stir during 1960-1981 with its distinct split doors at the rear. Aside from that, the model was defined as a station wagon with a long wheelbase and extended shooting-brake body.
Vehicle details
Being a special iteration, the Mini Clubman Final Edition is retailed in Nanuq White, Enigmatic Black, and Melting Silver with Shimmer Copper appointments as seen in the radiator grille’s outline, horizontal line, and side scuttles as well as the graphic pattern in the two-tone 18-inch alloy wheels.
Narrow lines on the side doors’ lower area accentuate the vehicle’s body (which is the elongated version of the iconic shooting brake design). The said outline is present on the passenger side of the hood and on the right side of the split doors.
To showcase the model’s exclusivity, the model comes with a “1 of 1969 badging” on the C-pillar and the Final Edition insignias outfitted all around the vehicle.
Inside, more distinctive adornments were outfitted in the Mini Clubman Final Edition.
Its door sill trims and in between the steering wheel’s lower spoke feature the "Final Edition" lettering.
Welcoming occupants in the cabin are leather sports seats with adjustable thigh support and sewn-in edition badge that are finished in Dark Maroon with anthracite-colored Piquet fabric insert and blue contrasting stitching.
Among the attention-grabbing features of the Mini Clubman Final Edition at the dash are the dark dashboard trim, and the edition-specific Shimmer Copper color. The passenger side gets a "1 of 1969" badge — which is also present on the floor mats.
Sitting at the center of the dash is the8.8-inch touch display in the central instrument that is Apple Carplay ready.
