Nissan identifies fix for airconditioning issue of Kicks e-Power

To fix all impacted units as soon as possible, they will also formally recall them. Nissan has already fixed the problem for vehicles made from February 2023 onward.

We kindly request that you schedule an appointment in advance to ensure the availability of the parts and to provide you with a satisfactory service experience.
Since we received your feedback on our product, Nissan has been working on solutions: 1) We have implemented a countermeasure for Kicks e-POWER produced since February 2023, and 2) We are now working on the solution for all Kicks e-POWER 2022 customers. We will keep you updated, and we greatly appreciate your understanding and patience regarding this matter.
