Oil firms welcome H2 2024 with price hikes
Adjustments not lower than P0.60/liter
MANILA: Fuel companies in the Philippines are welcoming the second half of 2024 with another round of pump price hikes.

Oil companies shall jack up the prices of gasoline by P0.95 per liter, diesel by P0.65 per liter, and kerosene by P0.35 per liter.When will the adjustments take place?
The movements in the pump prices will be conducted tomorrow (July 2).Based on their respective advisories, Caltex, Cleanfuel, Jetti, Petron, and Seaoil shall raise the pricing of gasoline by P0.95 per liter, and diesel by P0.65 per liter.
Additionally, Caltex, Petron, and Seaoil shall jack up the price of kerosene by P0.35 per liter.
The adjustments in the prices at the pump, which other companies are expected to similarly implement, are set to take effect starting tomorrow (July 2).
Relatedly, the price of liquefied petroleum gas went up by P0.55 per kilogram today.
Last week, oil firms increased the price of gasoline by P1.40 per liter, diesel by P1.75 per liter and P1.05 on kerosene.
