Peugeot PH to reveal all-electric e-2008 at MIAS 2023
MANILA: Astara Philippines, the official distributor of Peugeot vehicles in the country, is set to unveil the Peugeot e-2008 at the Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) 2023 that will happen on April 13 to 16 at World Trade Center in Pasay City.

The Peugeot 2008, Peugeot 3008 and Peugeot 5008 will be available for test drives.Peugeot's electrification strategy of adding new models and technology to its range, with the goal of having an electric version of every model in 2023, begins to take shape with the introduction of the Peugeot e-2008 at this year's MIAS. Peugeot will be the first Stellantis brand to introduce the next generation of electric vehicles, underscoring the company's continued commitment to providing electrified mobility for as many people as possible.
“The unveiling of the Peugeot e-2008 at the MIAS is intended to give our customers a glimpse into the electrification of the Peugeot line up. Peugeot has been pioneering electric vehicles since 1941, and the coming of the e-2008 to the Philippines culminates more than 80 years of expertise,” Peugeot Philippines Brand Head Maricar Parco stated.
Peugeot will also display its expanded product lineup, with exclusive deals offered during the four-day event. Attendees will get a chance to take a closer look at the sporty Peugeot 2008 SUV, the versatile Peugeot 3008 SUV, the sophisticated seven-seater Peugeot 5008 SUV, and the spacious Peugeot Traveller Premium van. The Peugeot 2008, Peugeot 3008 and Peugeot 5008 will also be available for test drives.
“As with every model in our line-up, including other electric vehicles that we will launch in the future, each vehicle roars with its fierce design, imposing style, sheer driving pleasure and sophisticated technologies. Every Peugeot is a masterful work of art with the heart of a lion,” Parco added.

Peugeot achieved 285% year-over-year growth in retail sales in 2022, making it the fastest-growing car brand in the Philippines. Since joining Astara, Peugeot has made strides toward providing customers with the European-grade premium vehicles for which Peugeot is known all over the world. Peugeot is also focused on making after-sales services more reliable and consistent at all of its dealerships, which will expand to 18 by the end of the year.
