Peugeot Thailand offers the all-new Peugeot 408 for THB2.79 million.The all-new Peugeot 408, which made its global debut in June 2022, has a fastback silhouette with a midsize car's dimensions and an SUV-like seating position. It sits between the Peugeot 508 sedan and the Peugeot 308 hatchback in the brand's global portfolio.
Peugeot Thailand offers the all-new Peugeot 408 in a single PHEV (plug-in hybrid electric) variant. The Peugeot 408 is powered by a 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine coupled with an electric motor. The system's combined output is 225ps of maximum power and 360Nm of maximum torque. An eight-speed automatic transmission delivers the power to the wheels.
The all-new Peugeot 408 comes with a 12.4kWh battery that provides an all-electric range of 63km. It can be fully charged for one hour and 55 minutes with a 7.4kW AC outlet.
The all-new Peugeot 408 is built on the Stellantis' EMP2 platform. It measures 4,687mm in length, 1,478mm in height, and 1,848mm in width, and has a 2,787mm wheelbase. The cargo capacity is measured at 536 liters, expandable to 1,611 liters.
With its bolder front and squared-off rear styling, the all-new Peugeot 408 epitomizes the latest automotive design trend. Among the notable exterior design elements are the body-colored grille with ultra-slim LED headlights, a three-claw LED daytime running light signature, and 20-inch alloy wheels.
On the inside, the all-new Peugeot 408 features the advanced i-Cockpit with a compact steering wheel, a high-mounted digital instrument cluster, and a 10-inch infotainment system.
The driver assistance systems in the all-new Peugeot 408 are powered by nine radars and six cameras. These systems include Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop and Go function, Night Vision, long-range blind spot monitoring, and Rear Traffic Alert.
The all-new Peugeot 408 retails for THB2.79 million (approximately P4.4 million).
