Roxas Blvd EDSA Flyover undergoes repair until Nov. 12
MANILA: The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority provided alternate routes for vehicles plying Roxas Boulevard EDSA Flyover in Pasay City as the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has begun the rehabilitation and major repairs on the bridge.
