As seen in the photos posted in its official Facebook page, the Suzuki Eeco van seen at the show seems to be the nameplate’s cargo van option. Its rear compartment features a flat floor and a cage-type divider that separates the two passengers at the front from the load being hauled.
Aside from the tailgate, a pair of sliding doors fitted on both sides offer access to the voluminous cargo area.
While waiting for the automotive manufacturer’s distributor in the country to formally announce the possible start of its sales, here are the specifications of the Suzuki Eeco in other markets.
The Suzuki Eeco is 3,675 millimeters (mm) long; 1,475 mm wide; and 1,930 mm tall with a wheelbase of 2,350 mm and turning radius of 4.5 meters.
Propelling the vehicle is the 1.2-liter Advanced K-Series dual jet, dual variable valve timing gasoline engine that can deliver a peak output of around 80 horsepower and 104.4 Newton-meters of torque. It also has the capacity to provide 19.71 kilometers-per-liter fuel efficiency.

To directly compete against the likes of the Toyota Lite Ace once it is officially offered in the country, the Suzuki Eeco is a workhorse that might be added to the brand’s commercial vehicle entries in the market.
