Toyota PH turns over 50 Hiace ambulances to PCSO
MANILA: Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) turned over the first 50 of 300 Hiace Commuter Deluxe patient transport vehicle (PTV) units ordered by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO). The ceremony happened last February 4 at the Toyota Otis dealership.

During her remarks, Garma thanked Toyota for developing high-quality vehicles that can be transformed into PTVs to meet the medical transportation needs of local government units (LGUs).
The Hiace units have been modified to fulfill the requirements of PCSO’s Patient Transport Vehicle Distribution Program, which supplies medical transport vehicles to LGUs nationwide, and are guaranteed with the Toyota Sure Advantage of quality, durability, and reliability. The country’s best-selling utility van, built to navigate even to remote areas while providing a sense of comfort during travel, delivers the best performance to safely and conveniently transport patients in need of mobility assistance, as well as healthcare workers saving lives on-the-go.
