Triple treat: GAC PH Brings in Emzoom Crossover, Bares Record Sales and New Brand Ambassador

MANILA: The upcoming arrival of the 2023 GAC GS3 Emzoom, the hiring of its newest brand ambassador, actor Dingdong Dantes, as well as the company's achievements in retail sales performance and dealer network growth, were all announced today by GAC Motor Philippines.

According to CAMPI data from May 2023, GAC Motor Philippines announced its all-time best performance after experiencing record growth in the first quarter of this year. Year-to-date sales had increased by 244%. GAC attributes its exceptional performance from January to May to the GAC GS8 and Empow, with the brand's recent debut of the Emkoo providing a further sales boost.

“Our tremendous sales growth in the last five months are being driven by the terrific customer response to our latest vehicles, which offer the best value for money in the market today,” said Brand Head of GAC Motor - Astara Philippines Jun Cajayon. “This growth momentum proves that more and more Filipinos are embracing the GAC MOTOR brand and appreciating the high-quality, reliability and fine craftsmanship of our vehicles.”

GAC Motor PH Dealership Expansion

The company is also set to open more dealer locations across the country, with 15 dealer locations fully-operational by July.

“Since January, we have been focused on further expanding our dealer network to ensure even greater convenience for both our existing and new customers. From six dealer locations in January, we are growing to 15 fully-operational dealerships by July, putting us right on track to achieving our target of 20 dealerships by year end,” added Cajayon.

The 15 dealerships are located in Alabang, Bacoor, Batangas City, Butuan, Cainta, Davao, E. Rodriguez Ave., Iloilo, Lipa City, Makati, Manila Bay, Pampanga, Pasig, Quezon Avenue, and Tarlac. Two more locations – Bacolod and Cebu – are slated to open in the third quarter of this year.

GAC GS3 Emzoom Philippine Launch

The business also announced the coming of the 2023 GAC GS3 Emzoom, which will be unveiled on June 30 at a media event before going on sale in July 2023.

The brand's GS3 crossover model's most recent iteration is the GS3 Emzoom, which serves as the entry-level model in the lineup. The Emzoom is an advancement in GAC's crossover SUV range that brings together eye-catching design, ample room, clever technology, and exceptional performance.

The GS3 Emzoom is available in three variations and has a special introductory price of P998,000. A five-year warranty comes with the vehicle. Customers may now make reservations for the crossover online or at any of the GAC Motor Philippines dealerships.
Along with these declarations, Cajayon unveiled actor Dingdong Dantes as GAC Motor's new brand representative for the Philippines.

According to Cajayon, the partnership between the brand and Dantes will help GAC MOTOR connect with more consumers as it strives to become a more approachable and aspirational brand among Filipinos.
