Kymco PH to launch 2 new models tomorrow

MANILA: Kymco Philippines is set to launch two new models tomorrow (October 18) and it could possibly be the Skytown and the Like Colombo S.

The speculation was based on the teasers that the brand’s local arm showed on its official Facebook page.

In the teaser clip posted last October 10, the company showed two concealed units.

“Something exciting is coming! Get ready, riders—on October 18, 2024, Kymco Philippines will unveil not one, but two new models that will redefine your daily journey! Stay tuned for more details and let’s see if you can predict our next lineup!” the firm noted.

Then on October 14, Kymco Philippines posted another photo, showing a silhouette of a motorcycle’s hind that sports an arched tail lamp — with a “coming soon” above it.

“Here’s the first look at one of them! Can you guess the new lineup from this sleek tail light? Stay tuned for more teasers and see if you can predict what’s coming next!” the social media post stated.

Then on October 16, the firm shared another photo that bore an outline of a recognizable scooter with a note: “Live in Style.”

What the photos could be

Comparing the photo of the taillight with the Kymco units available overseas, the said portion seems to be part of the Skytown 125.
