Yamaha Motor PH to release new hues for Mio Fazzio

MANILA: Yamaha Motor Philippines (YMPH) is set to introduce new color options for the Mio Fazzio this week.

In a post over its official Facebook page, the Japanese motorcycle marque's distributor showed three Yamaha Mio Fazzio units wearing three varying colors namely Pastel Green, Ivory White, and Black.

Currently, the Philippine-market scooter is offered Ivory White, Matte Orange, and Pastel Blue colors.

Last October, Zigwheels Philippines reported about the Yamaha Mio Fazzio upcoming colorways that will be unveiled before the end of the year. 

Per YMPH, the latest color options will be officially revealed at the first-ever Start YOUniqueness Collective on December 6 at Bloc 10 in Alabang, Muntinlupa.

To be conducted in partnership with South Trading Post, the said program will be a three-day flea market that will retail more than 30 vintage and local brands, watches, digicams, among others. It will run 11 a.m.-9 p.m. on December 6-8.

To note, the neo-retro-looking scooter made its local debut in 2022.

Yamaha Mio Fazzio specs

The Yamaha Mio Fazzio measures 1,820 millimeters (mm) long; 685 mm wide; and 1,125 mm; tall — with a 750-mm seat height, and a 1,280-mm wheelbase.

Its overall youthful look is complemented by the oval-motif illumination seen at the front and rear.

Ensuring that its riders will have a convenient riding experience while staying trendy are its oval digital meter panel, electric power socket, a 17.8-liter underseat storage, double carabiner style hooks, and Y-Connect system.

Propelling the small-displacement scooter is a 125-cubic-centimeter, single-cylinder, four-stroke, two valve, single overhead cam Blue Core hybrid engine with smart motor generator that, on paper, can dish out a maximum of 8.3 horsepower and 9.9 Newton-meters. The aforementioned mill is mated to a V-belt automatic transmission.

It runs on 12-inch tubeless tires.

Guaranteeing the Yamaha Mio Fazzio’s halts and decelerations are the hydraulic single disc brake in the front and mechanical leading trail drum in the rear.

At the time of posting, the Yamaha Mio Fazzio wears a sticker price of P92,900.
