The BYD S1 EV has been a very popular electric car in the Philippines. The compact crossover goes against some top names in its segment including the  Ford EcoSport, Nissan Juke, and many others. The car has the perfect dimensions and looks very attractive with a chrome wing-type grille, flanked by its headlights, and the foglights that get elaborate frames to blend them with the lower intake. The car is in a single variant in the Philippines market. For an EV, this subcompact crossover is a perfect choice and the 2022 year model will feature a number of upgrades including design changes and some new design elements.
