Clunky transmission, mediocre performance
I recently got a chance to test out my cousin’s Maserati Levante and I must say I was surprised by its overall driving dynamics and impressive pickup. The advanced suspension technology and variable height contribute to an adaptable, smooth ride making it easy to handle on various terrains. However, the clunky transmission somewhat tempered my excitement, detracting me from the otherwise enjoyable driving experience. Additionally, the rotors and brake pads require replacement every 10,000 miles, which is unexpected for a car in this performance category.
