What powers the PH-spec 2023 Ford Ranger Raptor?

A two-liter twin-turbo turbo diesel engine with 213 PS and 500 Nm of torque comes standard. The Raptor edition of the Ranger will have a long-travel suspension for flying over jumps and numerous driving modes to enhance its off-road performance across a variety of difficult terrain, even though it will ride on the same completely boxed ladder frame as the standard Ranger. Engine, Transmission, and Performance
A twin-turbocharged two-liter diesel engine with 213 PS and 500 Nm will power the 2023 Ford Ranger Raptor. It will be paired with a 10-speed automated transmission and come standard with four-wheel drive with locking front and rear differentials. The Raptor will have stronger off-road equipment and a stiffer suspension than its pedestrian equivalent. It boasts wider front and rear tracks, 33-inch BFGoodrich K03 all-terrain tires, a higher ride height, and more ground clearance. Additionally featured are Fox 2.5-inch internal bypass shocks and an active exhaust system.
The current version of the Ranger Raptor is powered by a powerful 3.0-liter twin-turbo EcoBoost V6 petrol engine that was taken from the Bronco Raptor and sold in international countries including Thailand and Australia. Maximum output from the mill is 397 PS at 5,650 rpm and maximum torque is 583 Nm at 3,500 rpm. Ford, however, believes that the V6 would not work in all markets, therefore the Philippines will receive that twin-turbo diesel engine instead.
Towing and Payload Capacity
Ford has not released the towing capacity for the turbo diesel Ranger Raptor; however, reports say the truck has a payload capacity of 640 kilos, which is also less than that of the typical truck. No complaints, though, as the Raptor really isn’t designed to be a workhorse.

Interior, Comfort, and Cargo
The inside of the Raptorized Ranger will be only slightly changed from that of the standard Ranger. While a lot of harsh plastics and certain rubberized materials are still to be expected, Ford spruces up the interior with special materials. It has front seats with thick bolsters, orange trim, and a steering wheel with a sportier appearance. The steering wheel has two aluminum paddle shifters and an orange band at the 12 o'clock position to signify its performance edge. Similar standard and optional amenities, such as dual-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats, remote start, and others, are what we anticipate it to offer. The cargo hold of the vehicle is 1.5 meters long.
Infotainment and Connectivity
The high-tech interior is equipped with an all-digital 12.4-inch instrument panel and a 12-inch center touchscreen with Ford's new-generation Sync 4A connectivity and entertainment system, which offers wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto compatibility at no additional cost. The soundtrack for the next adventure is produced by a six-speaker sound system.

Safety and Driver-Assistance Features
The 12.5-inch portrait-style infotainment screen in the car shows an unrestricted view of the landscape surrounding the sports truck thanks to this camera.
It's only one of the Ford Ranger Raptor's numerous safety measures for 2023. Unlike the previous generation, the most recent Ranger Raptor boasts helpful active driver-aid technologies. Among them are Front and rear parking sensors, available adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go capabilities, Lane keeping assistance, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, and autonomous emergency braking.
Warranty and Maintenance Coverage
Through the Ford Family Guarantee, which offers Ford vehicle owners and potential Ranger Raptor owners access to an improved ownership experience to build long-term trust and confidence, Ford Philippines further enhances the ownership experience of its customers.
Ford car owners who favor quicker and more effective service over routine maintenance are offered Express Service. The entire Express Service, including the car wash, can be finished in 90 minutes. Now, a few Ford dealers will come to the customer's selected location to pick up the vehicle that requires service and return it after the work is finished. Most notably, the 2023 Ford Ranger Raptor comes with a seven-year, 250,000-kilometer warranty.
