Audi Q7 receives 2023 Top Safety Pick+ award

MANILA: Audi has announced that the 2023 Q7 received the 2023 Top Safety Pick+ award from Insurance Institute of Highway Safety (IIHS).

The 2023 Top Safety Pick+ award is given to a vehicle when it gets "Good" ratings in the driver-side small overlap front, passenger-side small overlap front, and updated side tests. All trims must also have "Acceptable" or "Good" headlights, and the front crash prevention system must receive "Advanced" or "Superior" ratings in both daytime and nighttime vehicle-to-pedestrian tests.

Safety is guaranteed by the 2023 Audi Q7 as it features advanced lighting technology with the latest high-definition matrix LED headlights. The Audi laser light is also available as an option for the Prestige trim. The laser beam pattern helps improve visibility for the driver by producing a low and wide light beam on the road ahead.

The 2023 Audi Q7 also comes standard with driver assistance features such as pre-sense basic, pre-sense front, side assist, lane departure warning, and rear-cross traffic assist. Adaptive cruise system and top view camera system are available as options.

The Q7 is the sixth Audi model to receive the 2023 Top Safety Pick+ award. This recognition was previously given to the Q4 e-tron, Q4 Sportback e-tron, Q8 e-tron, Q8 Sportback e-tron, and Q8.
