Coventry Motors Corp. has already sold 200 units of the Land Rover Defender

MANILA: Coventry Motors Corporation (CMC), the exclusive distributor of Land Rover vehicles in the Philippines, has officially released its 200^th Defender unit.

“Launching the vehicle head-on with the COVID-19 situation, we were unsure of how the Defender line would initially take-off. Not surprisingly, it was very well received in the Philippine market. The amount of support of its enthusiasts for the brand was tremendous. Customers rushed to reserve their unit instantly after the reveal. The Philippines’ following for the vehicle keeps on growing as we see more drivers find the love for everything adventure — and that is what the Defender brand stands for,” Land Rover Philippines President Chris Ward stated.

Land Rover Club of the Philippines President Robby Consunji also expressed his delight on the brand’s new milestone in the country, saying, “It is often said that Land Rover talks about its ‘spirit of adventure.’ This is the single most important quality of its vehicles. We all know that the new Defender contains state-of-the-art technology to conquer the most difficult terrain. CMC conducted a special handover ceremony at the Land Rover showroom for the release of the 200^th Defender unit.

The Defender 110 and Defender 90 are available at All British Cars showrooms. Defender owners can also choose among four accessory packs: Urban, Country, Adventure, and Explorer. These accessory packs feature a specially selected range of enhancements that give the Defender a unique character on the road.
