Hyundai dealerships in the US will begin the sales of the new Elantra N in January 2024.Since its debut in 2021, the Elantra N has become an increasingly popular sport sedan, bolstering the appeal of the Hyundai N brand in the United States.
The 2024 Elantra N now sports a bolder front bumper fascia and grille as well as new dual-projector LED headlamps. It also features the black-adonized emblem that represents the new identity of the N brand.
The sport sedan is fitted with 19-inch forged alloy wheels with Michelin Pilot 4S summer tires. The rear bumper and fascia and diffuser were also redesigned.
To improve ride and handling, the engine-mount membrane was reinforced for less vibrations and enhanced agility. A new rear-suspension S/ABS insulator was also added for better damping and yaw response. The Electronic Controlled Suspension also comes with an updated software that was modified based on the hardware changes.
The N-specific direct-injected engine churns out 276 horsepower and 391 Newton-meters of torque. It is mated to either a six-speed manual or an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission.
Hyundai dealerships in the US will begin the sales of the new Elantra N in January 2024.
