Kia PH unboxes all-new Sorento, add'l Stonic variant, and new customer experience

MANILA: Kia Philippines has launched the all-new, fourth-generation Sorento, the Stonic Style, and a new customer experience.

The local distributor is adopting the Korean carmaker's new brand philosophy, product offers, and branding. 

The Kia Stonic Style Edition carries the brand's new logo, and features stylish body skirts, blacked-out wheels, and Style Edition badge at the rear. The Stonic Style will be available by the fourth week of November, and is priced at P895,000

The all-new Sorento sports a "refined yet bold exterior." The seven-seat SUV is equipped with leather seats, power seats with driver memory, front seat cooling and heating.  

On the tech front, the Sorento features an eight-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, and a six-speaker audio system. For safety, the Sorento packs advanced Blind Spot View Monitor, 360 Degree Surround View Camera, Rear Cross and Forward Collision Assist, and Lane Keep Assist. 

The all-new Kia Sorento 4x2 SX 8DCT variant will be available by the fourth week of November, while the 4x2 EX 8DCT will be in the market by January 2022. Price starts at P2.398 million.

As for Kia Philippines' new customer experience, scheduling a test drive or visiting to a Kia dealership "comes with ease thanks to its upgraded online channels and social media setups."

The carmaker said that its dealerships will carry a "new look and feel." 

Various training programs have been developed to ensure that all Kia sales representatives take customers through every step of the process with extra care and personalized service. This new level of attention extends even after the sale is made.
