New and Re-styled Honda Accord on its Way

MANILA : Honda Accord, has been a heart-winner from the day of its inception and to keep its memories fresh in the minds of its consumers, Honda has come up with Accord's facelifted version. Both the sedan and coupe levels are the resplendent of Honda's high level technology and facial beautification. Though, only the pictures of its facelifted sedan version are out in open, it has given us a cue towards Honda's big future plan.

First thing first, the front fascia looks stunning with the beautifully crafted contours lines over its bonnet, the air breathers embossed with a stunning pair LED fog lamps gives its bumper a re-designed look. The crease line that runs throughout its side profile along with the chrome finished door handles fully compliments its smooth wheel arches. The character line on the rear end seems to hold the re-designed LED tail-lamps that now showcases great graphics. Its rear bumper further makes the Accord a genuine piece of beauty.

Sliding inside the cabin, one will get to see a new Display Audio Information interface, supporting Apple CarPlay and Android Auto (standard with EX and above models). The 7.7-inch screen will be a carry forward from the previous version, other amenities include rear view camera along with a side LaneWatch camera.

The new Accord will come equipped with an optional Honda Sensing, the drivers-assertive technology, to make your drive safer and hazel free. It includes utilities like Collision Mitigation Braking System with Forward Collision Warning, Lane Keeping Assist, Road Departure Mitigation with Lane Departure Warning and Adaptive Cruise Control.

As for the powerhouse, the facelifted version will continue to get motivated by the same direct injection 2.4L engine mated with a CVT gearbox and 3.5L V6 engine paired with six-speed automatic transmission.

This August will mark the entry of this new Accord with both its coupe and sedan versions.
