Volvo PH prepares to grow electrified lineup with Retail Space showroom

MANILA: To mark its 27th year in the country — and to prepare to introduce an electrified lineup — Volvo Philippines announced the opening of its Volvo Retail Space. 

“We are preparing... to move toward a more electrified range," President and CEO of Volvo Philippines Atty. Alberto Arcilla said. 

"That is why we are doubly excited to open our doors in the south and share the premium Volvo retail experience with our clients in the area,” he added. 

Similar to the Volvo outlet in Makati, the Retail Space offers a "safe and comfortable space where guests can look at Volvo models on display, conduct their sales and aftersales business, and test-drive Volvo vehicles," the local Volvo company said. 

The Volvo Retail Space is said to be part of the company's dealership partnership conglomerate ANC Group of Companies, which is headed by Anthony N. Cheng. 

Volvo Philippines boasted that it is one of the first automotive dealerships to be granted the government’s Safety Seal Certificate for COVID-19 safety protocols. 

During the earlier part of the pandemic, Volvo Philippines introduced Volvo Concierge, which remotely assists Volvo car customers and owners with their sales and after-sales needs.
