Honda launches Click 125 50th Anniversary Limited Edition

MANILA: Honda Philippines Incorporated (HPI) launched the 50th Anniversary Limited Edition of the Click with a price tag of P83,900.

Eye-catching detail is its livery that combines the colors white, blue, and red. A special 50th Anniversary decal can be found at its fore while a 50th Anniversary script is visible from its flanks.

At the front, the Honda Click 125 50th Anniversary Limited Edition dons an all-LED lighting setup with an aggressive-looking headlamp and daytime running lights. The rear end offers LED taillamps with a modern design. Also found at the rear are two turn signals protruding on each side.

The Honda Click 125 50th Anniversary Limited Edition also wears cast wheels in gunmetal wrapped in wide tubeless tires. Housed at the front is a wavy disc brake while the rear gets a drum brake. Also noticeable is its sports-style muffler that gives the limited-edition scooter a rugged yet stylish look.

Under its seat is an 18-liter luggage box that can hold various types of helmets. Those traveling with smartphones can also charge their devices using the Honda Click 125 50th Anniversary Limited Edition’s USB charging port.

Keeping the riders informed of relevant data is a full digital meter panel that visibly displays information even in broad daylight.

Power comes from a 125 cubic centimeter engine mated to a continuously variable transmission, which can produce approximately 10 horsepower with 10.8 Newton-meters of torque.

While no actual numbers were given by HPI, the Honda Click 125 50th Anniversary Limited Edition is expected to have a limited run. On that note, it is possible that the said model will end up as a coveted collector’s piece.
