Honda PH explains why its customer service is 'top-notch'
MANILA: Local Honda motorcycle distributor Honda Philippines, Inc. (HPI) said that with its top-notch after-sales service, its customers are guaranteed worry-free ownership.

Every purchase of a Honda part, accessory, or service will get participants a chance to win smartphones, and also a brand-new Honda PCX160.This promise is in line with brand founder Soichiro Honda's belief that "human relationships are based on trust," HPI Assistant Vice President for Customer Service Hitoshi Ito reiterated.
“We know that customers buy motorcycles because this helps make their daily lives better," Ito added. "In the same way, Honda’s customer service will always be here to help our customers’ daily lives better, easier, and more comfortable as well.”
Honda dealers are equipped with the proper tools, which are used by mechanics who receive regular training in technical and customer service.
The annual Honda Mechanic Skill Olympics, where dealers and mechanics get to showcase their mechanical expertise, underscores this vision. As a reward, the Skill Olympics winners get to represent the country in an international competition, participated in by other Honda distributors from Asia and Oceania.
Meanwhile, every purchase of a Honda motorcycle comes with a warranty — something that will foster customer loyalty, HPI believes.
"We want our customers to always come back to our dealers because they are delighted with the services. It’s the responsibility of Honda to make our dealers always be ready about (retuning customers),” HPI Customer Service Manager Noli Minor Jr. expressed.
To further serve patrons and even interested buyers, HPI has launched the Serbisyong Panalo promo.
For every purchase of a Honda genuine part, apparel, or avail a service worth P300, one customer (each from Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao) can get a chance to win a brand-new Honda PCX160.
Smartphones and Honda-branded helmets will also be raffled to 15 participants around the country. The Serbisyong Panalo promo runs until April 30, 2022.
