Honda Philippines released a teaser photo for a new motorbike

MANILA: Honda Philippines released a teaser for its new motorbike offering.

The new teaser image posted on Honda Philippines Facebook page got Pinoy fans excited. The picture, which only shows a shadow figure of a bike's front façade, has already garnered more than 6k likes, 2.5k shares, and 2.2k comments.

Some most common guesses are Honda Wave150, Bravo150, Swiss Mono 125, Honda Winner, Supra X 125 FI, and Winner X (or Supra GTR 150 in Indonesian market).

Our wild guess is, it’s either a Honda Winner X or a Supra X 125 Fi. For one, the headlamp is sport on, and the design cues are sporty too. Well, at least based on what we could get from the photo. If it is a Winner X, expect it to have a 149.16 cc four-valve, DOHC, a liquid-cooled engine capable of 16.09 hp of power. It will also include electric & kick start option, manual six-speed gearbox, and full transistorized ignition system.

If it is Supra X 125 Fi, it will be powered by a 124.89 cc 4-stroke, SOHC, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine capable of churning 9.92 hp of power, 4-speed rotary gearbox. Onboard will also be electric & kick start option, and full transistorized ignition system.

As we said, these are our speculations, and Honda has yet to confirm anything. What we can guarantee is that we’ll keep you posted when Honda launched the new model.
