Plagued with serious transmission issues

Last November I purchased the Kia Sorento and within 8 months I started facing tons of issues with this vehicle. Firstly, its air conditioning system stopped working which you can not even expect considering my car is not even a year old. After a month I started facing issues with the transmission. I contacted Kia and what disappointed me the most was that they replaced the transmission not with a new one but a refurbished one. This has taken a toll on my driving experience. After this disappointing experience, I have decided that I will never buy another Kia vehicle in the future.
