Harsh ride quality

I purchased this high-end luxury car two years back and had high hopes for it. But it has not stood out to me as per my expectations. This car looks like Mercedes but disappoints with its rough and sluggish ride quality. Significant faults like a weak A/C system and a sluggish engine make me repent of my decision to buy this car. Another issue is that the rear seats are close to the floor, due to which I have to sit with my knees up high. When I accelerate the car from a standstill, it experiences excessive turbo lag. I will trade this car soon!
