Triumph Bonneville T120

The Bonneville T120 perfectly retains the original silhouette and style of the legendary Bonneville range of bikes while Triumph skilfully blends a premium modern finish and an urban appeal to the classic and timeless design. The bike offers the perfect ‘modern classic’ feel and the roadster definitely looks really aesthetic with all its classic elements like the round headlamps, chrome touches throughout the body and a few other aesthetic touch-ups. 

Amongst key styling features that get the attention are the sculpted fuel tank with knee pads, the peashooter exhaust, sculpted fuel tank with knee pads, bench seat, chrome finishes and peashooter exhaust. The Bonneville T120 is powered by a 1,200cc liquid-cooled, 8 valves, SOHC, 270° crank angle parallel twin-engine, which is pretty capable and smooth. It makes powers of up to 80 hp and 105 Nm of torque. Along with the 6-speed manual transmission, you can expect a pretty fun, composed and agile riding experience and can definitely make the most of cruising tours along the highway. 

The wet multi-plate clutch is light and pretty smooth and the purring bass-rich engine note is a bonus on the Bonneville T120. The engine’s low-rev tune perfectly complements the chassis dynamic and riding position with smooth fuelling. 

The Bonneville T120 comes with a pretty capable braking department consisting of 2-piston Brembo calipers on dual 310mm rotors at the front end and a single disc brake at the rear end. Safety is further enhanced by Triumph’s latest generation of ABS and switchable traction control along with a range of other tech features which include two riding modes, plus LED daytime running lights, a USB charger under the seat and an ignition key immobiliser.
