Here are the Ford Bronco's 6 color options

With the release of the Ford Bronco to the Philippine market, local off-road enthusiasts now have access to an extreme off-road platform from the Blue Oval Brand. 

In a nutshell, the all-new sports utility vehicle (SUV) was specced as a go-anywhere-vehicle, especially with the Sasquatch Package. The latter provides it with 17-inch beadlock-capable wheels, huge fender flares, Bilstein shock absorbers, and 35-inch mud-terrain tires. 

All the aforementioned goes with the vehicle’s 2.7-liter V6 EcoBoost engine, which can churn out 330 horsepower and 555 Newton-meters of torque. It also gets electronic-locking front and rear axles, a total of 292-millimeters of ground clearance, and Ford’s Goes over “Any Type of Terrain” (GOAT) mode. 

The Bronco, however, has a total of six available colors for the Philippine market. So which one’s the right one for a prospective buyer? Let’s answer the said question with this short guide. 

Eruption Green

Eruption Green is a hue evoking the outdoors and adventure. The darker green it uses may remind one of rainforests or nature in general—the Bronco’s natural habitat. 

In the context of the vehicle itself, green gives the extreme off-roader some serious off-road vibes reminiscent of military vehicles. Nevertheless, it goes well with most of the SUV’s black exterior pieces. 

According to Ford USA, this shade of green is also the most popular Bronco color, as 31 percent of its North American buyers chose it. Plus, it is the same color the SUV used when it was officially launched in the local market. 

Race Red

The brightest and loudest color for the Bronco is Race Red. It is a darker shade of red, and so it also matches the hue of the vehicle’s fender flares, side steps, wheels, and roof. 

For most folks, this is the attention-grabber color of the Blue Oval’s off-road SUV, especially with its roof down. Being on the brighter side, this tinge of red also brings out the vehicle's boxy shape, making it more visible from afar. 

Cactus Gray

Cactus Grey is one of the Bronco's more neutral colors. While it does highlight the SUV's black-colored design details, especially the surrounding bits on its front emblem and LED headlamps, it can also help it blend in more with the traffic. 

Oxford White

Oxford White is also a neutral color for the Ford model but is also quite bright. It makes the silhouette and the darker parts of the ride more apparent, but at the same time, it may also help it hide a bit in the midst of traffic. One of the more common car colors in the Philippines, after all, is white. 

In the wilderness, though, this hue of white for the Bronco may help it become easier to spot. This characteristic is useful for safety reasons and may also help onlookers see the vehicle in publicly viewed off-road events. 

On top of all the aforementioned, white can be a pretty nifty canvas for folks who want to apply their own artistic touch to the Bronco. It is likewise perfect for making decals and stickers pop out more. 

Azure Grey

Next up on the Ford Bronco’s lineup of exterior color options is Azure Grey. Like Cactus Gray, it is a neutral color but on the light blue side of things. 

For most people, the shade of blue Azure Grey may evoke relaxation and calmness. These qualities may fit the theme of engaging in outdoor activities to chill out, making the color perfect for folks looking to get the SUV as a glamping or camping vehicle. 

Shadow Black

Last but not least for the Ford Bronco’s color options is Shadow Black. As per its name, this hue comes in a deep type of black, which practically fuses with the Bronco’s fender flares, side steps, and other black-colored exterior parts. 

As far as impressions go, the said color may make the Bronco more sinister and intimidating. In other sleeker vehicles, black may make it elegant and sophisticated. The Bronco in black, though, especially with the Sasquatch package, makes for a very tough-looking but also sinister-looking ride.
