Geely pop-up showroom opens in Alabang

MANILA: Sojitz G Auto Philiippines (SGAP) recently opened a Geely pop-up showroom in Alabang Town Center. The 80-sqm booth will be open until September 30 to cater customers who are interested in buying or test driving the Coolray, Azkarra, and Okavango.

In a statement, SGAP President and Chief Executive Officer Yosuke Nishi said, “While Geely is expected to rise in Alabang this year, we would like to build our presence there as early as now. We have been hearing requests for a dealership in that area and we just don’t want our customers in Alabang and generally in the South to wait any further.”

As a newcomer in the local market, Geely continues to expand its dealership network in order to achieve its goal to be one of the key players in the automotive industry.

“Our successful car launches which were met with positive reception from our customers are indicators that we have a competitive advantage in the car market. Our aim is to maintain it and keep building our momentum,” Nishi added.

Geely presently has 11 operational dealerships nationwide and 13 more dealerships are expected to be opened this year. With its ongoing dealership expansion, Geely aims to be more accessible to more people by the end of the year.
