Honda Cars PH makes offerings within reach under ‘Holiday Deals’ promo

MANILA: Honda Cars Philippines Incorporated (HCPI) is offering flexible payment options on select models this month.

Under the "Honda Holiday Deals" promo, buyers may now acquire specific offerings through a low all-in down payment and low monthly amortization.

Financing terms

Here are the automotive distributor’s cash promos and financing offers, which is available until December 31, 2024.

Those who are eyeing the Honda City 1.5 RS CVT can acquire the car for a special all-in downpayment term as low as P10,000 or low monthly term of P18,622 (via extended loan deal).

The subcompact sedan is packaged with a myriad of technologies under the Honda SENSING driver-assistive system, as well as other conveniences such as remote engine start and paddle shifters.

Meanwhile, the Honda BR-V VX CVT is available for a downpayment deal as low as P10,000 or P21,378 through the prolonged payment agreement of 72-80 months.

The seven-seater multi-purpose vehicle offers as much as 1,032 liters of cargo space (third row folded) and is propelled by a 1.5-liter double overhead cam i-VTEC engine that can dish out 119 horsepower (hp) and 145 Newton-meters — assuring its owners that it can haul groceries, gifts, and goodies this season with ease.

One of the two hybrid models under HCPI, the Honda CR-V RS e:HEV E-CVT is offered with a P61,000 down payment term or P39,381 monthly term under extended loan. Bundled with the Honda SENSING and the Honda CONNECT application, the CR-V RS e:HEV E-CVT guarantees safety and security to its owners.

Payment mechanics

These are the financing mechanics for HCPI’s latest promo:

• Low cash-out and monthly amortization all-in bundle: Clients may choose this option for 15-20-percent down payment with 36-60 months.
• Free one-month amortization: Applicable to customers with 15-20 percent down payment with a 6-month payment term.
• Payment terms: Financing programs above are applicable to 15 percent and 20 percent down payment with 36 to 60 months payment terms. However, the 15-percent down payment is not applicable to Maybank, Philippine Savings Bank (PSBank), and Security Bank.
• Extended loan term scheme: Exclusive to BPI (Bank of Philippine Islands) Auto Loan, the offering can be acquired through a 20-percent down payment with 72 to 84-month payment term.
• Special all-in down payment: Clients have the option to have the special all-in down payment of 10 percent should they opt for the 36 to 60-month payment terms under BPI, Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC), and Bank of Commerce.
• Free Insurance Package: Customers may avail a free insurance package from RCBC, China Bank Savings, Maybank, and Banco de Oro (BDO) — with the minimum amount financed required is P500,000.

For those who will hybrid models, these are the financing mechanics under the Honda e:HEV Financing Program.

• These are the banks where the aforementioned program can be availed: BPI, RCBC, BDO, PSBank, PNB, Chinabank Savings, Security Bank, Maybank, Bank of Commerce, and Sterling Bank.
• Low cash-out and low monthly amortization all-in Bundle applicable for current e:HEV models: Customers can have their targeted hybrid offering through a 15-20 down payment that can be settled under a 36 to 60-month option. Further, HCPI said that price cuts can be applied to reduce the down payment. The 15-percent down payment is not applicable to PSBank.
• Extended Loan Term scheme via BPI: exclusive to BPI Auto Loan, this option is available at 15- and 20-percent down payment with extended term of 72-84 months.
• Free one month amortization for 20-percent down payment exclusive to Security Bank.
