Hyundai Motor PH launches 9-seater Staria, priced at P2.83-M

MANILA: Hyundai Motor Philippines (HMPH) launched the nine-seater Staria, which was presented alongside the Custin and the Stargazer X. 

Per the local wing of the South Korean automotive brand, the nine-seater luxury van flaunts new luxury appointments suited for those who want a classy people carrier.

Among its amenities include swivel second-row seats as well as captain chairs for the third and fourth-row occupants. All the aforementioned portions are wrapped in leather.

Also adding a more premium cabin atmosphere is its steering wheel with audio controls.

The nine-seater Hyundai Staria shares the same specifications as the nameplate’s range-topping seven-seater variant.

Its would-be owners can also expect one-touch power sunroof, power sliding doors, a wireless charger, and Bose speakers with surround sound system.

Further, it offers a 10.25-inch Supervision instrument cluster as well as an eight-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.

Outside, the nine-seater Hyundai Staria also exudes elegance thanks to its dual LED headlamps with daytime running lamps, 18-inch alloy wheels, large side mirrors, and a power tailgate.

Power comes from a 2.2-liter diesel mill mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. The said setup produces 115 horses with 430 Newton-meters of torque.

Slotted just under the top-of-the-line model, the nine-seater Hyundai Staria is priced at P2.83 million.
