Isuzu D-Max Boondock slated for FB launch on June 17
MANILA: Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) announced that it will launch the new Isuzu D-Max Boondock 4x4 digitally via Facebook (@IsuzuPhilippines) on June 17 at 5 p.m. IPC will thus officially join the ranks of auto brands which have virtually introduced models in the this so-called new normal. The unveiling signals the availability of the D-Max 4x4 variant in both manual and automatic transmission.
Said IPC President Hajime Koso in a release, “We move on from every challenge, and with every obstacle we hurdle, we must live life differently to be able to be tougher, more resilient, more enduring, and more dependable. The new D-Max Boondock 4x4 is our response to the toughest challenge we have faced yet.”
Before the outset of the pandemic, IPC had rolled out its “Live Life Differently” campaign, which “can help the country build a roadmap to an even more robust transport economy and be the Filipino motorists’ vehicle to renew and strengthen bonds with one another.” The company again stresses this message as it readies for the launch.
Koso said, “We will emerge even stronger from every challenge. You can count on IPC to support you in your efforts to rebuild and recover. We support the Filipino people and its leaders as we get back on track to global greatness.”
Based on its website isuzuphil.com, IPC will be pricing the Isuzu D-Max Boondock at P1.725 million for the 4x4 MT (six-speed) and P1.795 million of the 4x4 AT (six-speed). The Boondock will be powered by the 3.0-liter Blue Power turbodiesel power plant of Isuzu.
