KEY TAKEAWAYS
When will Isuzu Philippines launch the D-Max Limited?
The upcoming vehicle will be officially revealed on October 12, 2023.Where did Isuzu Philippines teased the D-Max Limited?
The model was previewed at Isuzu Philippines Facebook page.Based on the invite sent to Zigwheels Philippines, the upcoming offering — to be called the Isuzu D-Max Limited — will be officially revealed on October 12. However, the Japanese automaker’s local distributor posted a teaser video over its official Facebook page.
As seen on the video, the D-Max Limited will have design cues similar to the pick-up truck’s previous iterations — specifically the Boondock variant.
The soon-to-be-launched trim will have large decals on its side and sits on Yokohama Geolandar tires, making it looked like a carryover of the Boondock version of the yesteryears. To distinguish it from the earlier model, the Isuzu D-Max placed “Limited” wordings at various areas of the vehicle.
Aside from that, the Isuzu D-Max Limited is also wearing bigger mesh-type blacked-out grille with a red Isuzu badging in the middle.
Further, it also comes with red accents, racing stripes, large side steps and over fenders that gives it a wider stance.
While IPC has yet to share pertinent details, the yet-to-be-unveiled Isuzu D-Max Limited will likely be powered by a 4JJ3-TCX turbodiesel engine.
More bits of information are expected to be revealed as the event draws near.
