Jetour Auto PH breaks ground for upcoming Iloilo City dealership

MANILA: Jetour Auto Philippines (JAPI) has broken ground for its upcoming car dealership in Iloilo. 

Dubbed Jetour Auto Iloilo, the new facility is owned and managed by the ALA Group of Companies. It is strategically located at R4, Jaro, Iloilo City, and once completed, it will provide the residents of the city with seamless access to JAPI’s lineup of sport utility vehicles, crossovers, plug-in hybrid, and electric vehicles. 

With a total size of 1,075 square meters, the upcoming dealership will have a showroom that’s capable of displaying up to six vehicles at the same time. It will also come equipped with enough service bays to accommodate up to five vehicles. 

“Jetour Auto Iloilo is another key dealership location to our rapidly expanding nationwide network. This facility addresses the mobility needs of the people of Western Visayas’ most competitive province, and is poised to contribute to one of the strongest economic regions of the country,” JAPI Managing Director Miguelito Jose said. 

For the unaware, the ALA Group is headed by its founder and current Chairman, Antonio Ang. It boasts 45 years of experience and expertise in the automotive industry, specifically for Western Visayas, and it currently holds distributorship rights for several car brands in Panay, Guimaras, and Bacolod. 

“I strongly believe that under the leadership of the ALA Group of Companies, the Jetour brand will benefit from the group’s expertise in strategic marketing and sales planning to dominate the market in Western Visayas and will help JAPI achieve even greater heights in the Philippine automotive industry,” Jose added. 

With the ongoing construction of Jetour Auto Iloilo, JAPI is now poised to have a total of 23 dealerships across the country. 

JAPI has not provided a target completion date for its new Iloilo outlet. So, for now, residents of Panay’s largest city can access the brand’s products at its temporary showroom located at McArthur Drive, Brgy. Quintin Salas, Jaro, Iloilo City.
