Jetour Auto PH offers Dashing PHEV in limited-run fashion

Aside from the T2, Jetour Auto Philippines Incorporated (JAPI) also gave a preview of the plug-in hybrid version of the Dashing sport utility vehicle.

Retailed only in 10 examples for the local market, the crossover stretched the brand’s new energy vehicle lineup in the country to two — the first one being the fully-electric Ice Cream EV.

Dubbed the Jetour Dashing PHEV, the latest offering continues to sport similar design elements seen in the nameplate’s other versions.

It has maintained the distinct front grille pattern and sleek split front illumination system as well as the checkered flag tail lamp outline to match the three-dimensional coupe sports body design.

The Jetour Dashing PHEV can cover 1,000 kilometers (km) on the combined usage of a 1.5-liter turbo gasoline mill and dual electric motors.

In pure electric mode, the vehicle can reach 100 km, thanks to its 19.27-kilowatt hour lithium-ion battery system.

Since it is being offered in a limited-run fashion, the Jetour Dashing PHEV is slapped with serial plates at the door post and in the engine bay.

Priced at P1.95 million, the Jetour Dashing PHEV is offered in Oceanic Blue and Icelandic White color options.

The model shall share the marque’s spotlight with other Jetour products in its booth at the upcoming Manila International Auto Show 2024.

It was in August 2023 when JAPI Managing Director Miguelito Jose confirmed to Carmudi Philippines that the plug-in hybrid version (PHEV) of the Dashing will arrive in the country.
