Jetour Auto PH organizes nationwide aftersales training for technicians

MANILA: Jetour Auto Philippines Incorporated has rolled out a new aftersales training program to ensure top-notch service from all of its dealerships nationwide. 

The aforementioned training for its technicians was held at various Jetour Auto dealerships, and it took the form of a five-day intensive workshop to hone the knowledge and skills of its employees. 

Consisting of two batches, the training workshop had a total of 24 participants who were keyed into the vehicle model knowledge, vehicle technical specifications, vehicle features, as well as practical training for special tools and functions.

All participants were also kept up to date with the brand’s latest safety bulletins, service advisories, and the best practices gathered from all Jetour dealerships worldwide. 

For the first batch, dealerships that sent in service technicians for the five-day training workshop included the Jetour Auto dealerships in Alabang, EDSA Centris, Quezon Avenue, Pasig, Baliuag, Dau, Marilao, Isabela, and Fairview. 

The second batch, meanwhile, was attended by technicians from Jetour Auto Cebu, Bacolod, Iloilo, Davao, General Santos, and Cagayan De Oro (CDO). 

Per Jetour, equipping its lead technicians with important, updated skills reaffirms the brand’s dedication to providing its clients with high-quality, premium service. It will likewise help elevate the Jetour car ownership experience even further. 

Another recent development from Jetour Auto Philippines concerning its dealerships is the recent opening of its new outlet in CDO and in Dau, Mabalacat, Pampanga. 

The marque operates Jetour Auto CDO in partnership with Magnum Motors Corporation. Jetour Auto Dau, on the other hand, is operated by the brand together with the Laus Group. 

Recently, Jetour has also turned its dealerships into pet-friendly spaces. The aforementioned was made effective last month, and it reflects the company’s stance that pets have become an integral part of the modern Filipino family.
