Jetour Auto PH Vows To Solidify After-Sales Experience

MANILA: The primary goal of Jetour Auto Philippines, Inc. (JAPI), the nation's sole distributor of Jetour automobiles and services, is to give clients a positive after-sales experience.

The aftersales experience is crucial to owning an automobile, according to JAPI. This is the reason JAPI made a significant investment in training its after-sales management team, who would then cascade the technical procedures and servicing standards to the 16 dealerships for the brand.

The Jetour headquarters in Wuhu, China hosted JAPI technical delegates for intensive training and brand inculcation exercises from May 31 to June 8, 2023. The delegation was led by Aftersales Director Eryx Guiang.

The JAPI Aftersales crew underwent seven days of rigorous technical instruction and hands-on training in China. The training for the JETOUR vehicles marketed in the Philippines was conducted by the automaker's international division and covered air conditioning, transmission, engine, and electronic management systems.

Jetour International also provided the technical team with a tour of the cutting-edge manufacturing facilities of the Chery Auto Plant, where they received training in the Battery Electric Vehicle technologies and systems used in the Ice Cream EV.

The components ordering and inventory management methods that Jetour employs in its international operations were also explained to the participants. The team also performed a tour of the dealership and training center operating standards at Wuhu before implementing them in all of the automaker's dealerships and service facilities in the Philippines.

JAPI aligns itself with international protocols and practices by implementing Jetour's technical standards and processes in its Philippine operations. The Middle East, Africa, Central and South America, Asia-Pacific, and the Commonwealth of Independent States are just a few of the places where the brand is used.
