Jetour Auto sold 550k vehicles globally in 2024

MANILA: Jetour Auto has sold a total of 550,000 vehicles worldwide in 2024. 

The aforementioned figure, according to the brand, is equivalent to an 83.9 percent year-on-year increase. Moreover, the carmaker proudly shared that it has reached a cumulative sales figure of 1.5 million units in over 76 months. 

Per Jetour, its sales milestone for 2024 was achieved with the help of its vast global network, which now spans 65 countries. Its forward thrust in sales last year is likewise attributed to the strength of its model lineup, which, in the Philippine market, includes the following nameplates: 

• T2
• Dashing
• Ice Cream electric vehicle (EV)
• X70
• X50
• Dashing

The car brand also cited its “Travel+” strategy, which hinges on the full travel needs of its clients. The aforementioned initiative ensures that the marque’s products and its services are aligned with the lifestyle types of its customers. 

Moreover, Jetour professed its continuing commitment to environmental, social, governance, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. In 2024 alone, the company says it has made substantial contributions to ecological conservation efforts, the protection of endangered species, children’s education, and programs geared toward developing rural areas worldwide. 

What is Jetour planning for 2025?

While it saw a strong global performance in 2024, the brand has set ambitious goals for 2025. Per the carmaker, it will continue to improve its “Travel+” strategy, and it will also pour a lot of effort into product innovation, research and development, as well as enhancing its production systems. 

The brand also bared its plans to strengthen its lineup of offerings by steadily introducing the all-new T2 i-DM and T1 in other markets around the world. 

To note, the T2 i-DM has yet to reach the Philippine market, but it promises a good mix of rugged capability and hybrid efficiency. 

In Qatar, the said model boasts the following specifications:

Jetour Auto Philippines has also shared its readiness to introduce the Jetour X70 Lighting i-DM to the local market. In fact, the reservation period for the seven-seater hybrid model has already started last February 8.

At maximum, the Jetour X70 Lighting i-DM is capable of churning out 154 hp and 220 Nm of torque. It also has a pure electric range of 110 kilometers.
