Jetour PH now has a mascot, customer service hotline

Jetour Auto Philippines announced that it now has a mascot and a customer service hotline. 

Dubbed Kendee, the mascot not only serves as a face for the Chinese auto brand but also as its chatbot. 

Per Jetour Auto Philippines, Kendee — who is apparently based from the Ice Cream electric vehicle — can answer customer and technical support inquiries as well as handle aftersales advisories made through the brand’s official social media accounts. 

Further, Kendee will also reach out to Jetour customers and share information about the brand and its products by sharing content like vehicle fun facts, car care tips, and event schedules. 

Additionally, Jetour customers — as well as those interested in trying out cars from the brand — can contact the Chery-owned company by dialing 0917-5-JETOUR (538687). 

Through the said hotline, callers can ask for troubleshooting advice, inquire about Jetour’s latest products, locate a dealer, book a test drive, ask for parts availability, or schedule a service appointment. 

Its operating hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Mondays to Fridays. 

In a press release, Jetour Auto Philippines said that the local arm of the marque encourages both current and potential customers to try out its new service channels.

Our Customer Hotline Assistance 0917-5-JETOUR and our new brand mascot, Kendee, are here to ensure that every customer's journey with us is as informative as it is enjoyable. We are dedicated to making our customers’ experience with us exceptional as we focus on addressing their concerns in a timely and attentive manner,” Jetour Auto Philippines Managing Director Lito Jose was quoted saying.
