MG 100 Raffle’s final draw in PH to give away MG3+ Hybrid

MANILA: A brand-new MG3 Hybrid+ will be given away as top prize for the MG 100 Raffle’s final draw.

In a statement, MG (Morris Garages) Motor Philippines shared that one winner will get to drive home the new-energy-vehicle-powered hatchback as part of the brand’s centennial anniversary celebration in the country.

“As we celebrate MG’s 100th year, we want to thank our customers for being an integral part of our journey,” MG Philippines President Felix Jiang said.

“The MG 100 Raffle is our way of expressing our gratitude and sharing the joy of this historic milestone. We’re thrilled to offer the MG3 Hybrid+, a model that truly represents our legacy of innovation and forward-thinking,” he added.

Raffle details

Customers who will purchase an MG vehicle within the month December will get two raffle entries, while those who will avail periodic maintenance and other aftersales services will earn one entry per transaction.

In addition, the SAIC Motor Philippines-led automotive distributor noted that entries that were submitted throughout the duration of the promotion (which started in July) are still valid for the grand draw.

The draw date for the grand prize is on January 10, 2025.

Vehicle specifications

Here are the specifications of the MG3 Hybrid+.

The MG3 Hybrid+ measures 4,055 millimeters (mm) long; 1,729 mm wide; and 1,521 mm tall — with a 117-mm ground clearance and trunk capacity of 241 liters.

Its front fascia comes with a sharp nose bordered by a pair of upswept LED headlamps, a distinct grille design with mesh covered intakes. It has bold character lines at the side that is complemented by the overall athletic design at the back.

Moving the MG3 Hybrid+ is a 1.5-liter engine with an electric motor that can dish out a little over 187 horsepower and 250 Newton-meters of torque. Sending the output to the front wheels is the three-speed hybrid transmission accessible by the rotary-type selector.

It also has comfort and convenience amenities such as:

Further, the electric mill gets its just from the car’s 1.83 kilowatt-hour lithium-ion battery.
